• Receive performance alerts via Telegram
• Detect winning and underperforming ads

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

5. Service Availability

6. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. By purchasing any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency), you acknowledge that:

• ✅ You have tested the Free Plan before upgrading
• ✅ Our AI services start working immediately upon payment
• ✅ No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused features
• ✅ You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges

Free Trial Alternative: We encourage all users to thoroughly test our Free Plan before committing to a paid subscription. The Free Plan includes basic protection features.

Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered for service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours or duplicate billing errors (must be reported within 7 days).

7. Limitation of Liability

AdShield AI is provided "as is." We are not responsible for:

• Ad spend decisions made using our recommendations
• Losses resulting from automated rules execution
• Facebook/Meta API changes or downtime
• Third-party service interruptions (Telegram, hosting, etc.)

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Exceed reasonable API usage limits

Users may delete their account at any time via the Data Deletion page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
