As required by Meta's Platform Terms, you can request complete deletion of your data from our system. This complies with GDPR and Meta App Review requirements.
To protect your account, we may contact you to verify ownership before processing deletion requests. Please use the email address associated with your AdShield AI account.
Once your request is completed, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems unless retention is required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention, or billing/financial compliance. Deleted data cannot be recovered. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.
You can also request data deletion by emailing us directly. Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
